Hola!
the clinical work I was back in his hands. Emergency Medicine Elective is a super, but it matters little to sleep. But I'm here to learn something and not to sleep (I wanted to say from time to time :-)). But first I'll tell you something really great about my 10 day trip through Florida:
The night before the flight I, and after many months ago Seattle, spent on uncomfortable seats at the Boston Airport. So I made up the sleep virtually the whole flight from Boston to Tallahassee, Florida. Fortunately, I am the last woken up 20 minutes prior to arrival and have a chat with my sitting next to Don . When I told him that I will take the subway or the bus from the airport towards downtown Tallahassee, he just laughed, because there is no public transport in the capital of Florida. Sun Don has me unceremoniously taken away with his pickup. Don is a police officer, the emergency landing with his private plane in Texas had, and was on his way home. So we drove to his big house, where I first time showers durfte.
Schade!! So eine Gastfreundschaft gibt es wirklich nur in Amerika - oder wer läd a stranger to his house and eating. As a farewell to me, the Captain still a rare coin collector as a gift from his district and both have also called me a few times during my trip if I feel good ...
Shortly before midnight, I drove Don has the Greyhound station. Greyhoundbusfahren is unfortunately a bit different in South America as it is used in Canada or in the eastern United States. And especially because of the suspicious passengers: most of Hispanics, blacks, mentally-ill-whites, ex-prisoners (each inmate receives upon his release a ticket) or backpacker like me. So I have to drive 12 hours to Miami with a baseball cap (to look at themselves as standard Gangster) and brought my backpack on his lap.
But as bad was the trip then do not. The most important thing was that I met Ben at the end a Swiss and an Englishman Robin (both backpackers) on the bus, which are then still with me in Miami in the same hostel. That was the beginning of a new friendship in Miami ...
The next report I will tell you then of my four days in Miami. Be prepared for something funny:) Look in any case, the first pictures ever to !
How's it to you?
