Heute beschäftigen wir uns mit der Frage:
Was gehört eigentlich alles in eine Bauakte?

Kurz zusammengefasst: Alles oder zumindest fast alles, was mit dem jeweiligen Bauprojekt zu tun hat. Dies können sein:

• die kompletten Planungsunterlagen einschliesslich aller bautechnischen Nachweise, Zertifikate, etc.
• alle Unterlagen entsprechend dem Leistungskatalog HOAI,
• zusätzliche Besondere Planungsunterlagen, soweit die Erstellung erforderlich bzw. beauftragt war (z.B. Genehmigungsplanung, ...)
• behördliche / baurechtliche Nachweise, Genehmigungen, Abnahmen, Auflagen und Protokolle sowie fachtechnische Gutachten,
• detaillierte Werkplanungen im Zuge der Ausführungsplanung und planungsergebnisse der Fachplaner aktualisiert und versioniert inkl. aller Detailpläne und Calculations.
